Is there a way to extend my wifi connection from windstream i have a 2wire wireless modem.?

I am wanting to extend my wireless range. And i am having trouble finding the solution. Is a wireless extender/repeater compatible with the type of router that i have? And i'm not sure if windstream offers a wireless extender. Please help me out. -Thanks|||u have 2 have 2 wireless and u configure them as bridge then the first one, u can get wireles into it from the cabel company windtream.. and then u bridge the 2 wireless and then the 2nd one can figure out to signal the 1st ine an then u can use it in the otehr nebor house too.. like i did that wonst bak in 1925 when i was a kid. 4:20
