Windstream dsl internet?

i live in florida and we use windstream for our phone and internet provider (dsl), okay i dont know if anybody else has them, they took over alltel and they kinda suck now im noticing, every week we have an outage on our dsl and its theyre fault, well they claim they have trucks sent out to fix the problem, well the problem hasnt been fixed, they fix it temp and its back screwin up again, like what the hell is the problem with theyre stupid internet, everyone in our neighboorhood looses internet when this occures, so like is it to do with the phonelines cus our phone works when it is out.|||could be low bandwidth|||You could have a bad DSL filter, or telephone filter. You could have a telephone that does not have a filter.


If you are sure that is not your problem, run down to the Radio Shack or a Department Store and pickup a 50ft telephone wire. Run it straight from your modem to the main service on the outside of your house. If that clears it up you need to rewire from the service box to the modem.
