Is Alltell ( "windstream ") the ONLY telephone service that is available to the people in clark co. Ark ?

If Alltel, aka "windstream" is the only option open to the people of Clark County Ark. , This constitutes a MONOPOLY of a public service !, And Is Unconstitoutional , Illegal , and was allowed to come into being ONLY by the corrupt action of multiple acts of bribery and coruption in our government at local AND state levels !If the answer is Afirmative , then the appropriate Legal action WILL be forthcoming . Thank You . C L Orsburn|||Windstream is the only service available in my area of Kentucky too. Unfortunately, Bell South is also available in the city and county, just not this particular section. That means that they can get by with it since it isn't a city or county wide monopoly. Though that doesn't do those of us who are stuck with a service company we don't particularly want any good.|||If These other services are only available to "Certain Areas" then they have not only created an area where a MONOPOLY exists , they ( Windstream) have DISCRIMINATED against certain rural areas , compounding thier legal insurrections !
