My speedstream 4200 is having electrical problems where can i get a new one?

I have windstream and this speedstream 4200 came from the mail.|||You dont specify what problems but if you just signed up for service with Windstream and tech support can determine its a bad modem...should be able to replace that modem at no charge. Call the helpdesk at 1.888.292.3827|||This is thier site.
