How do I stop a After Dial Terminal message when I try to dial up?

When I dial up a black box with green writing appears that says After Dial terminal. If I don't click "Done" immediately, I have to start all over. Windstream says it isn't theirs, Dell and Microsoft say it isn't theirs. Who's is it and how do I make it go away?|||It isn't a spyware, virus or etc...

|||Sounds like you have been infected with a rogue dialer. And if that is the case your telephone bill is going to be out of sight and your telephone company will hold you responsibile to pay the bill.

You can download the free version of dialers from http://www.emsisoft.com They are out of Austria, and also have a free version of A2Squard Malware that will also remove rouge dialers.

Or you can download the free version of Superantispyware. http://www.superantispyware.com Update and run and in depth scan. This program is well known to find viruses, malware, adware missed by all others. I use myself.

Free you must update daily on a manual basis. If you want auto. updates then you must purchase.
