not sure which one can be good and have a good price|||If Qwest is the local provider, then Windstream is the CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) and is a reseller of Qwest service. Depending on their contract with Qwest, they may be able to offer you a discount on local service or long distance. I have experience working with both companies and personally find customer service better with Windstream. I have not had telephone service with them, so can't really say what their rates are.
