Changing Internet providers, currently have windstream dsl?

I want to switch providers.Which is better net-zero or peoplepc online.I live in a rural area.No cable or dish.Mostly use the computer for research and e-mail.Thanks Wendy|||they are both about the same. Pick the one with a local modem phone number that is closest to you. That distance makes a difference in speed.
