How do I take Windows Mail out?? It keeps grabbing my other emails from another account.?

I have a seperate email account under windstream that I use as my main email. I never use my "windows mail", but for some reason it keeps grabbing mail from my windstream account. How do I stop it? I've taken it out before, but I can't seem to this time.|||Delete all the settings in Windows Live Mail.
