Requirements for Windstream Broadband?

I currently have dial-up internet. I'm interested in getting Windstream broadband. However, my land-line phone is also provided by Windstream. The phone is not in my name. Can I still get the broadband service IN MY NAME without changing the phone?|||I don't think so. You can't with Bellsouth.net
