From what I've read, the valuation on this company compared to its expected growth is not compelling. Typically with a merger such as the one anticipated, the price will go up. However, most of that benefit seems to already have been realized. Based on information calculated by analysts, I would consider this a "hold."
Most analysts rate this stock's long term growth potential from 3-7%. The expected dividend yield, however, is quite high (6.30% Data provided by Hemscott Americas on Yahoo Finance). This could justify the price that it's at, but it doesn't look like a bargain.
